These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and X9M8, operated by Peter Kalafatis (“X9M8,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or using x9m8.com, its apps, or its content, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Apps and experiments

Many things on X9M8 are experiments. They may change, break, or disappear without notice, and we may add, alter, or retire any feature at any time. Don’t rely on an app for anything important, and don’t enter information into one that you wouldn’t want handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The text, code, graphics, images, video, design, and other material on X9M8 belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the content, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. The names X9M8, Heritage Diner, Marcellino NY, and Maison Pawli, and their logos, are trademarks or brands of their respective owners.

Articles, how‑tos, and explanations here are for general information and curiosity. They aren’t professional, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety advice. If a link earns us a commission, or if a company provides a product for review, we’ll say so clearly on the page. Prices, features, and availability change, so confirm details with the seller. 8. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email us at x9m8x7@gmail.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on our site, your contact details, a statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We’ll review it and respond.

9. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

10. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, X9M8 and Peter Kalafatis won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site won’t exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
